These Terms and Conditions govern this Competition. By entering, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs in full. Roman's Pizza Marketing CC reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply.

1. THE PROMOTER

• This competition ("the Competition") is promoted by Roman's Pizza Marketing CC ("Roman's Pizza" / "the Promoter"), a close corporation registered in the Republic of South Africa.
• Roman's Pizza Marketing CC independently runs the Competition and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platform or delivery service.

2. COMPETITION PERIOD

• The Competition opens at 00:00 on 1 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30 June 2026 ("the Competition Period").
• Only purchases made within this period will qualify as valid entries.
• Roman's Pizza Marketing CC reserves the right to extend, shorten, or terminate the Competition Period at its sole discretion.
• Any such changes will be communicated via Roman's Pizza's official website and social media channels.

3. ELIGIBILITY

• The Competition is open to South African citizens and permanent residents aged 18 years and older at the time of entry.
• Not eligible to enter or win: directors, employees, agents, contractors, franchisees, and consultants of Roman's Pizza Marketing CC, its affiliated companies, holding companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, prize sponsors, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) or household members of any such person.
• Roman's Pizza Marketing CC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria.

4. HOW TO ENTER

• Roman's Pizza Channel: No purchase of a specific item is required - any purchase from Roman's Pizza through an official channel during the Competition Period constitutes a qualifying entry.
• Entries must be made via official Roman's Pizza channels only.
• IMPORTANT: Automatic entry only applies if the user is explicitly opted into marketing. We cannot automatically opt in a user who has not opted into marketing. If the user is not opted into marketing, they will need to enter manually via the competition site.

ONLINE ORDERS (romanspizza.co.za or the Roman's Pizza App)

• Place any order on the official Roman's Pizza website or app.
• If you are opted into marketing, your unique order number will automatically be recorded as your entry - no further action is required if you ordered through a registered profile linked to your name and cellphone number.
• If you are not opted into marketing, your purchase does not automatically qualify for entry, and you must follow the manual entry steps below.

IN-STORE PURCHASES or entries WITHOUT a marketing opt-in:

• In-store purchases or online orders placed by users not opted into marketing do not automatically qualify for entry.
• To enter, you must visit https://winwith.romanspizza.co.za/ and submit your entry using either a valid order number or a clear image of your order slip.
• Complete the competition entry form on the website with your full name, surname, contact number, and email address.
• All orders will be validated against the system on the backend to ensure authenticity and prevent duplication.
• Incomplete entries will not be accepted.

Third-party platform exclusion:

• Purchases made through third-party delivery services - including but not limited to Uber Eats, Mr D / Mr Delivery, and any other third-party aggregator - do not qualify for entry and will not be accepted.

5. ENTRY RULES

• Each qualifying purchase generates one (1) entry into the Competition draw.
• Multiple purchases during the Competition Period each generate a separate entry.
• Each entry must be accompanied by a valid, unique proof of purchase.
• Duplicate entries using the same order number or order slip will be disqualified.
• Entries must be submitted by the person who made the purchase.
• Entries submitted on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• Roman's Pizza Marketing CC reserves the right to request original proof of purchase at any time.
• Failure to produce this upon request may result in disqualification.
• Automated, bulk, third-party, or fraudulent entries are strictly prohibited and will be disqualified without any further communication or notification.
• Roman's Pizza Marketing CC reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entry it reasonably suspects to be in breach of these T&Cs, or obtained through dishonest means.
• The Competition is open to South African citizens and permanent residents only.

6. THE PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive the following prize bundle:

• 55" Television: Brand and model at Roman's Pizza Marketing CC's discretion. Images used in promotional material are for illustrative purposes only.
• Soundbar: Brand and model at Roman's Pizza Marketing CC's discretion. Images used in promotional material are for illustrative purposes only.
• Pizza for a Year - Digital Voucher: An electronic voucher profile will be created for the winner and credited with R250 per month for 12 consecutive months. The unique voucher code generated and provided will remain unchanged. The voucher will be credited (loaded) with R250 (two hundred and fifty rand) on the 1st of each new month. The voucher is redeemable at any participating Roman's Pizza store in South Africa. The monthly voucher credit will continue to accumulate in your voucher “wallet” and can be used at your discretion. Any remaining balance will be available in the voucher “wallet”. The voucher cannot be redeemed online or via any third-party delivery platform. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.

Prize Conditions:

• Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
• Roman's Pizza Marketing CC reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value should circumstances require it.
• The prize must be accepted as offered. No variations, upgrades, or alternatives will be entertained.
• The winner is required to supply a valid South African Television Licence prior to Roman's Pizza Marketing CC arranging the purchase and delivery of the television.
• Failure to provide a valid TV licence within 7 days of being requested to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
• The prize (TV and soundbar) will be available for collection at Roman's Pizza Marketing CC's Head Office: 7 Bavaria Road, Louwlardia, Centurion.
• Alternatively, the winner may arrange courier delivery at their own cost and risk.
• Roman's Pizza Marketing CC accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or delay arising from third-party courier arrangements.
• Roman's Pizza Marketing CC will not be responsible for installation costs or any other ancillary costs associated with accepting the prize.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period, using a randomised draw conducted by Roman's Pizza Marketing CC or its appointed representative.
• The draw will take place within 14 days of the Competition Period closing (i.e. on or before 14 July 2026).
• The winner will be contacted directly using the contact details provided at the time of entry, via telephone and/or email.
• It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that accurate and current contact details are provided.
• If the selected winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours of the first contact attempt, Roman's Pizza Marketing CC reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner using the same random process.
• This process may be repeated until a winner is confirmed.
• The winner's first name and surname initial may be published on Roman's Pizza Marketing CC's official website and/or social media pages. By entering, participants consent to this.
• The winner may be requested to participate in reasonable Competition-related publicity (such as a photograph or social media post) at no additional compensation.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Roman's Pizza Marketing CC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, postpone, or amend the Competition, the prize, or these T&Cs at any time, with or without notice, in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control or for any other valid reason.
• Roman's Pizza Marketing CC's decision on all matters relating to this Competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
• Roman's Pizza Marketing CC, its affiliates, franchisees, employees, agencies, and prize sponsors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim of any nature arising directly or indirectly from: participation in the Competition; the acceptance or use of any prize; or any technical failures related to the competition entry process.
• Roman's Pizza Marketing CC is not responsible for any network, connectivity, or system failures that prevent a valid entry from being recorded or submitted.
• This Competition is subject to all applicable South African laws and regulations, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
• These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

9. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION

• All personal information collected in connection with this Competition will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and Roman's Pizza Marketing CC's Privacy Policy.
• Personal information submitted will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Competition, contacting winners, and any related publicity activities consented to by the winner.
• By entering, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal information for these purposes.
• Participants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information by contacting Roman's Pizza Marketing CC via www.romanspizza.co.za.
• Roman's Pizza Marketing CC will not sell, rent, or share personal information with any third party for marketing purposes without the explicit prior consent of the participant.
