These Terms and Conditions govern this Competition. By entering, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs in full. Roman's Pizza Marketing CC reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply.

1. THE PROMOTER

This competition (“the Competition”) is promoted by Roman's Pizza Marketing CC (“Roman's Pizza” / “the Promoter”), a close corporation registered in the Republic of South Africa.

Monster Energy is a prize sponsor only. The Competition is independently run and administered by Roman's Pizza Marketing CC and is not administered by, or the responsibility of, Monster Energy or any of its affiliates.

Roman's Pizza Marketing CC independently runs the Competition and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platform or delivery service.

2. COMPETITION PERIOD

The Competition opens at 00:00 on 1 August 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31 August 2026 (“the Competition Period”).

Only purchases made within this period will qualify as valid entries.

Roman's Pizza Marketing CC reserves the right to extend, shorten, or terminate the Competition Period at its sole discretion.

Any such changes will be communicated via Roman's Pizza's official website and social media channels.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Competition is open to South African citizens and permanent residents aged 18 years and older at the time of entry.

Not eligible to enter or win: directors, employees, agents, contractors, franchisees, and consultants of Roman's Pizza Marketing CC, its affiliated companies, holding companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, prize sponsors (including Monster Energy), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, or child) or household members of any such person.

Roman's Pizza Marketing CC reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To qualify for entry, entrants must, in a single transaction during the Competition Period, purchase both:

• (a) any Roman's Pizza product; AND

• (b) any Monster Energy product,

through an official Roman's Pizza channel. A purchase of only one of the two products does not constitute a qualifying entry.

To enter, follow the steps shown in-store and on promotional material:

• Buy any Roman's Pizza and any Monster Energy product;

• Scan the QR code (or visit the competition website);

• Enter your details; and

• Upload a clear image of your till slip/order slip as proof of purchase.

Entries must be made via official Roman's Pizza channels only.

Complete the competition entry form with your full name, surname, contact number, and email address.

All entries will be validated against the system on the backend to ensure authenticity and prevent duplication. The till slip must clearly show both the qualifying Roman's Pizza and Monster Energy items purchased within the Competition Period.

Incomplete entries will not be accepted.

Third-party platform exclusion:

Purchases made through third-party delivery services – including but not limited to Uber Eats, Mr D / Mr Delivery, and any other third-party aggregator – do not qualify for entry and will not be accepted.

5. ENTRY RULES

• Each qualifying purchase (containing both a Roman's Pizza and a Monster Energy product) generates one (1) entry into the Competition draw.

• Multiple qualifying purchases during the Competition Period each generate a separate entry.

• Each entry must be accompanied by a valid, unique proof of purchase.

• Duplicate entries using the same order number or till slip will be disqualified.

• Entries must be submitted by the person who made the purchase.

• Entries submitted on behalf of another person are not permitted.

• Roman's Pizza Marketing CC reserves the right to request original proof of purchase at any time. Failure to produce this upon request may result in disqualification.

• Automated, bulk, third-party, or fraudulent entries are strictly prohibited and will be disqualified without any further communication or notification.

• Roman's Pizza Marketing CC reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entry it reasonably suspects to be in breach of these T&Cs, or obtained through dishonest means.

• The Competition is open to South African citizens and permanent residents only.

6. THE PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Monster Gaming Kit, valued at approximately R15,400, comprising:

• 1 × Monster Gaming Chair (DXRacer): brand and model at Roman's Pizza Marketing CC's discretion. Images used in promotional material are for illustrative purposes only.

• 1 × Monster Gaming Fridge: brand and model at Roman's Pizza Marketing CC's discretion. Images used in promotional material are for illustrative purposes only.

• 1 × 24-pack of Monster Energy.

Prize Conditions:

• Prizes are not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

• Roman's Pizza Marketing CC reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value should circumstances require it.

• The prize must be accepted as offered. No variations, upgrades, or alternatives will be entertained.

• Monster Energy will arrange delivery of the prize to the physical address provided by the winner at the time of claim. It is the winner's responsibility to supply a complete, accurate delivery address; Roman's Pizza Marketing CC and Monster Energy accept no liability for a prize delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the winner.

• Once the prize has been handed to the courier, risk passes to the winner. Roman's Pizza Marketing CC accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or delay arising during or after delivery.

• Roman's Pizza Marketing CC will not be responsible for assembly, installation, or any other ancillary costs associated with accepting or using the prize.

7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period, using a randomised draw conducted by Roman's Pizza Marketing CC or its appointed representative.

The draw will take place within 14 days of the Competition Period closing (i.e. on or before 14 September 2026).

The winner will be contacted directly using the contact details provided at the time of entry, via telephone and/or email.

It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure that accurate and current contact details are provided.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours of the first contact attempt, Roman's Pizza Marketing CC reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner using the same random process. This process may be repeated until a winner is confirmed.

The winner's first name and surname may be published on Roman's Pizza official website and/or social media pages. By entering, participants consent to this.

The winner may be requested to participate in reasonable Competition-related publicity (such as a photograph or social media post) at no additional compensation.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Roman's Pizza Marketing CC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, postpone, or amend the Competition, the prize, or these T&Cs at any time, with or without notice, in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control or for any other valid reason.

Roman's Pizza Marketing CC's decision on all matters relating to this Competition is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

Roman's Pizza Marketing CC, its affiliates, franchisees, employees, agencies, and prize sponsors (including Monster Energy) shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim of any nature arising directly or indirectly from: participation in the Competition; the acceptance or use of any prize; or any technical failures related to the competition entry process.

Roman's Pizza Marketing CC is not responsible for any network, connectivity, or system failures that prevent a valid entry from being recorded or submitted.

This Competition is subject to all applicable South African laws and regulations, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

9. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION

All personal information collected in connection with this Competition will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and Roman's Pizza Marketing CC's Privacy Policy.

Personal information submitted will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Competition, contacting winners, and any related publicity activities consented to by the winner.

By entering, participants consent to the collection and processing of their personal information for these purposes.

Roman's Pizza Marketing CC will not sell, rent, or share personal information with any third party for marketing purposes without the explicit prior consent of the participant.
